Mr. Wes, I just called the old management contact again. He told me that: Mr. Proctor gave Mr. Vigliarolo lip service in order to get the Preferred. The stock price won't go anywhere because Mr. Proctor wants his money and move on down the road. He has no intentions of staying around and has other deals he is working on and wants the money for them. He also said, why would he stick around with this company, its a joke! Doesn't sound very promising now, does it? I think we are dreaming if we think this company is going to get turned around. The light seems to be dimming fast. Milton
