Why is the issue sold out? Just look at the dreadful resource based share prices in Canada. We have exploration companies with good properties/prospects and they are trading a little over cash value. (QTR.V). Most brokers in Canada don't want to know about exploration companies since they can't sell them to their clients and the past years return on them has been dreadfull. I know that YRI's management have been on the road telling the Yamana story here, in the USA and in Europe to assist in every way in getting this placement of shares booked. I placed an order/request two weeks ago and although my broker hasn't exactly been overwhelmed with info from his head office (First Marathon) the deal is definately in progress. The recent drilling results should really help in selling out the issue. To raise money in this market is going to be extremely difficult and the cash in the bank will bring a great deal of credibility to YRI and should get the share price up.

Let's face it only a good increase in metals prices will bring share values back to where they should be. Buy at these prices for sure but don't expect a big gain until late in the year.
