Beast, I am sure you know why I raise this question.

Perhaps I missed it, but I have not seen the number of authorized shares posted here. What is that number? From the discussions of 5%, etc., it is apparently over 12 million.

I was not talking about increasing the authorized shares, rather, was talking about the company taking advantage of the skyrocketing price and printing a few million more. It would be a lot smarter to do it now then when the price was hanging around .20.

Add that to the fact that 3.7 million shares become unrestricted in a couple months, and the idea of a few people here controlling the float becomes impossible.

INFE could do it without mentioning to the shareholders. FAMH went from 20 MM to 70MM shares issued without once mentioning that they planned to print any shares (they were authorized up to 100 MM). It happens.

Of course, some would rather trade drunken insults than discuss such issues.
