Sam....by short offering I mean that the original 1.6 mil shares was reduced to a little over a million. The company withdrew 300K of the 1.3 mil reducing it to 1 mil and the insiders withdrew all but about 27K of their 300K shares included in the offering. This indicates to me that both the company and insiders think LTUS is worth more that $ 17. If they had withdrawn more, the offering would have had to be cancelled altogether and all the underwriters & lawyers fees wasted. This also reduces some of the dilution anticipated by the company 1.3 mil of new shares. JO
