Why do you say major billers don't object to giving sensitive detail billing data to MSFDC when a major biller like AT&T says it never will?

What is the MSFDC model?
How does it work with regard to sensitive customer data?
Is it consistent with the OFX/GOLD standard?
Are they Y2000 compliant?

I have a bunch more; but that's a good start.
