That's a easy problem to solve. We just get the Transfer agent's number and call them every mornin and check the outstanding shares.
Anyone know who the transfer agent is and what is their phone number?

I have to 12b6 your question ... in other words "So what?"

We are talking about a company that is going places. Lets say the stock goes to 20 and they decide to issue 1M unissued shares (Formerly known as treasury stock) They sell it and the money comes into the company's treasury. My equity in the company is still the same, therefore I am not damaged by this action.

If there is something MAJORLY wrong with the usage that the board uses, then we launch a derivative suit. On the other hand, the directors use that money in a responsible manner, then we all gain, old shareholders and new shareholders alike.

There is no law that says the Corp has to make a profit all the time, just that they act responsibly within normal business practices.

Now then, you want to know how many shares are authorized? Just call the Sec of State for the state of incorporation and they can send you(for a copying fee) a copy of the articles of incorporation. Or you can just call the company and ask them.

The bottom line here is that unless you are calling the directors all sorts of names and have the evidence to back it up, then you have no argument other than 1) you previously lost money in this company (your fault) or 2) you are being paid by someone to cause trouble where there is none (also your fault) or 3) you have nothing better to do than to appear as if you have knowledge that no one else has (also your fault ... get a life, HUH?
