August, I have doubts about their competitiveness, at least outside the very small bank group. Their background is the production of small scale atm/pos processing systems, and their constituency is strictly limited to small banks. More importantly, anything above the smallest banks are going to be looking for the economies of scale associated with the big provider...Integrion & Checkfree. Remember, this solution requires them to go it alone...bill presentment and payment wise, and that will require a huge committment of resources most won't want to make independently.
