The kind of lashing out by MSFDC is usually a last ditch effort. They must be feeling the pinch big time. The banks don't trust MS and the billers don't want to give up their data. Both the Banks and billers realize that it is the trusted agent relationship with their clients that is the backbone of their business model. Imagine MS using ATT bills to include a little add for Microsoft NETPHONE service as a part of MS Media Player? No one trusts MS predatory practices.
