(g) Not on PFE thread either, that was getting routine. << Please tell me it's just not possible that these shorts know something really bad about Vivus that we don't?>> I'm no expert, but I feel the short interest is driven more by opportunity at this time than actual knowledge of "really bad" stuff we don't have. Many, many people feel heavy manipulation is involved with the VVUS situation. Even at that, there is money to be made in either direction on this stock. Lots of questions abound with few answers. News drives VVUS: FDA approval coming on new plant, Viagra machinations, script data, buy-out rumors and I am convinced that the sum of these threads effects stock prices in combination with the increasingly sophisticated investment information on the internet. In fact, I've heard that our own SI will feature a piece on ED in the very near future. (Also, watch OPRA today, her version of the VIAGRA story) All I know for sure is on "Southpark", "...The bastards kill Kenny!" in every show and he is back the following week. If VVUS were a freshly made bed, you could bounce a quarter off it. I'm going to UK now and spend the afternoon in the basketball stadium sitting in all the good seats. Bubba knows a deal when he sees it, the security guard only charges me $10 admission off-season and between games like this.(g) Frostman
