Slotman. RMIL has given Mike Puhr and RMCW every oppurtunity to finalize the merger. Gary Morgan, RMIL's CEO, states that they will let Puhr exhaust every option he has before moving on in a new direction. Puhr is in almost daily contact with RMIL informing them that the financing will be there very soon. RMIL did not want to close the door on a $10MM investor. The door is still open but RMIL has a Plan 'B', another merger/aquisition, if RMCW is unable to produce the financing required to finalize the merger. The 10K has been completed and is currently being audited. RMIL, if the merger is not finalized with RMCW, will release an 8K, or some kind of forward looking statement, defining its new direction. And will produce up-to-date Q's. The 8K satisfied the SEC and the 10 day halt expired w/o event. RMIL has been in a holding pattern waiting for RMCW to finalize the merger. The audited 10K will satisfy 15c2-11 concerns and that, along with the Q's, will set the stage for RMIL's Plan B. Morgan states trading should resume in 60 days. (If they go ahead with Plan B and RMCW is unsuccessful in finalizing the merger) The float is in Name Form with another 1.5MM shares called and an estimated short position (undeclared) of 5-6MM shares. The halt, and RMIL's non trading status after the halt expired has allowed RMIL shareholders to get the float in Name form. So when trading begins again, the MM's, by all accounts will be Making the Market Naked and really trying to put the scare in RMIL shareholders. Currently MM Hill-Thompson, the only RMIL MM to date (that I'm aware of) is Making a Market in the pink sheets but is only buying, not selling, and has been 'marking' the tape at ridiculously low prices in case they are forced to cover their short/margin. RMIL shareholders have done what other shareholders of BB's always talk about. We got the float in Name Form, and, we will not sell our shares until our desired price is met.
