Mike,

Without incredibly good news and very heavy purchasing the arbitrage will never let the price go above $1.37. Exercising the warrants now takes the fuel away from the arbitrage and then when the incredibly good news and very heavy purchasing comes the price will go even higher since it will start at a higher base. Just my opinion.
