Reagan and Bush had nothing to do with Loral's illegal transfer of sensitive technology. No such transfer of technology occured. There is no evidence to believe this and no reason to believe it. The pentagon has had a copy of the report for the insurance companies for 18 months. If an illegal transfer had occured, they would have moved forward very quickly to prevent further transfers. So why haven't they? Or are you going to admit you don't know what you are talking about? Dragonfly
