Brett, I don't know when, but why will be, either they have all the shares they want or can get, or it is no longer in their best interest to keep it down, ie shorting.

OR, and this is my favorite,

FTEL puts out killer news overnight and we gap and pop over the profit margin, for these MF's, uh I mean MMs,<GGGGGG>, and they figure they have made enough and let us go.
