Arnold who are the banks that have gotten in so much trouble on making soverign loans ? Chase. Citibank. Morgan. Follow the money here. In Mexico the banks got their money back; and, in most every other "soverign loan" made by banks that I am unaware of anyone, at the end of the day, who did not get their money back (the banks), or at least who didn't get their interest payments... to keep their loans "current". I think this is what Rogers said.
