There are problems, but the company itself, IMO, is sound with a good cash flow, and growing. There have been many good people on this board since it's inception. IMO, there is still real value here, and the only thing that remains is for current management to clean up the mess, restore credibility, and stop acting like a BB company. Dick is right, we (who are vested) need to find the value in the company, it's there.
