Maybe, maybe not...
It all depends what they can do on the floor.. Usually they do their best to get complete fills.. but, in such a large order, on most options, I wouldn't be surprised if you'd get a partial fill... Unless your trading a high volume option such as MSFT or the OEX contracts - in that case, full fills should be the norm.

BTW - some brokers put a limit on the size of the position.. 100 contracts represents the right (but not the obligation) to buy/sell 10,000 shares of the underlying stock.
