if you read jim b's post after talking to the ceo you wouldn't be asking this question. it's not an assumption about shorts . IT"S BEEN CONFIRMED FROM A NUMBER OF SOURCES. have you done ANY research on this company or do you just want to hear yourself type?

Yes I am speculating a bit. When I talked to the rep, he said it was illegal. The only way they could do it was from overseas or as he mentioned Canada.
