Mackie, Since the SEC doesn't talk to the public about on-going investigations, I'm curious as to how you obtained information that the SEC is investigating FAMH or its principals. A standard operating procedure for those selling short is to complain to the regulatory agencies about the companies they are shorting. I am curious, since the SEC does not speak to the public, are you affiliated with the SEC , knowlegable of shorts complaining to them, or, have you complained to them yourself? Otherwise, your claim of an SEC investigation can be taken for what its worth. Pugs
