It is not a material fact that is RELEVANT. They could be incorporated on the moon for all I care. The company has a securities lawyer who I am sure has done things legal and above board. Why do we need to pick at the obvious? Housekeeping issues are not earth shattering. If Rhonda feels it is in hand, then I have to accept her word for it. Call her and ask her yourself.
