At least last time I tried it (which was > 5 years ago) their bread sucked. Maybe it has improved. I guess you can get away with that in some malls, but in major cities and university towns populated with grad students who drop out, or ex-hippies who drop in, and lovingly reproduce the best French and Italian breads they have sampled in their travels, fahgeddaboutit. Outsourcing ain't gonna fix that, though maybe sticking to where they have a captive market might help. tippett, re opening a hooters instead and rolling in dough... that was worthy of Ken Sanders, thought you might want someone to point it out since you didn't use ALL CAPS.
