if nobody knows then why do some people claim to? remember the screaming yesterday? the guarantees that there would be news? the rocket taking off? this thread is ripe for parody and if the wsj doesn't do a broadside, then i might call vanity fair or maybe spy mag.

Remember, the "NASDAQ filing" will occur very soon, this week as per my last correspondence with Roger Templeton. The actual listing will likely take several weeks depending on the NASDAQ's Q&A due diligence with DGIV mgmt. But you are right in that the actual filing is what will start this process off. The actual listing becomes the gravy on the rice.
