Back in mid Nov when the stock price was 18 there were 3.1M shares
short. At mid Apr, there were 2,161,342 SS. This means on AVERAGE
3,181,916 - 2,162,699 = 1,019,217 shares were covered by the end of
April.

One can argue that there are about 2M SS around the price of 18 and
higher. And since they did not cover last time the stock went to the
10's (just before the new year) I don't see them covering now.

What I am saying is, in the last 6 months there has been no additional
interest in shorting this stock. I don't think we are going to get
much more out of this data since it is a snapshot taken on the 15th
of every month. That is, the data for May will reflect the stock
price of 11.5 . (I sure would like to see it when the price is 9).
