Hi jaybird,

I wanted to be sure to get back to you. No, I'm not a MM. In fact I am a very small shareholder. I do find it interesting that if someone dares to mention anything negative or raise any doubts about PKGP they are subjected to ridicule or accused of not doing any research.

Are you suggesting negative opinions are not welcome? Are you suggesting PKGP is not an extremely risky investment. This board reads more like an info-mercial rather than a discussion group. I prefer to hear healthy discussions that include the upside *and* the downside.

I'd feel a lot better about the supposed shorting of PKGP if it were published somewhere - it's not - therefore I presume the short figure is 0. The number of short shares is alleged to be somewhere between 30 and 90 million!! From Edgar Online:

www4.edgar-online.com

"Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuers' classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date.

CLASS OUTSTANDING AT DECEMBER 31, 1997
----------------------------- --------------------------------
Common Stock, Class "A" 9,645,282
Class "B" 1,280,000 "

and

"CASH PROVIDED BY FINANCING ACTIVITIES
Sale of common stock from treasury 0 59,320
Proceeds from notes and loans payable 0 278,000
Proceeds from issuance of convertible debt 3,714,097 0
Repayment of notes and other liabilities (501,905) (386,201)
----------- --------"

It hardly seems believable there could be anywhere near 30-90 MILLION shares shorted. To make it believable some say it's illegal? It's been suggested that Market Makers (all 30 of them by some accounts) are doing all the "illegal" shorting. Really!? And you wonder why I'm asking questions and pointing out problems with PKGP's story?

And now it seems that some of the honest promoters of PKGP are removing it from their list; various dates are being pushed farther out; ICC is supposed to be some big shot PR firm? you can't tell that by looking at their home page; oh yeah, and what would a PR firm say about a client - something negative? ... hmmm.

Now suppose they do get financing, isn't it possible they'll issue even more shares resulting in considerable share dilution for existing shareholders. What's that convertible debt? There's something to worry about. Worse, they could get no financing and go under - stock=$0.00.

I hope you don't miss this amongst all the new posts about how everybody doubled down today or how they're holding for the golden moment. I hope it comes, but I'm significantly more skeptical since my friend Tim recommended PKGP.
