Need to be brief because I got to catch a plane. I wouldn't currently value the Mexican pops for any more than QC just paid for them--after all, that was the market clearing price. As the Mexican, Chilean, Ukrainian markets et al mature, their value should increase, so there is an internal rate of return factor necessarily built into the equation.

Finally, I think Harvey wanted to run his own company and I am glad that he will have this vehicle. He is a very smart, very tough businessman and we, as QC shareholders, have benefited much from his efforts. To state the obvious, he is not someone I would be inclined to bet against.
