Where are Merced, Telanis, and Zitec incorporated?

That is a question that all shareholders have a right to know. I am only on the side trying to have questions answered. Normal companies put this information in their press releases.

John; you are right on. What is the 'other side's track record"? It must be nice to be pluperfect. It must be nice always to do everything once, and never make mistakes. It must be nice to sit in critical assessment of everyone and everything from on high. Must get very lonely too. I have to ask again.. what is the motivation of this group? For people who don't own the shares, who have appointed themselves our guardian angels...What is the real motive? If anyone is hiding something they are.
JOE

Ownership is another problem here too.

It sure is. Who actually OWNS the rights to the Y2K software? Merced? Or the mysterious party to whom they wrote a promissory note for $250K that has just been assumed by Eleventh Hour/CSHK? If the latter, than what, exactly, has been Scott and Tom's role in all this? They're getting 1.5 million shares of stock simply for acting as middlemen?

And: who are the shareholders of A. R. Brooks, soon to be owners of 6.1 million shares of CSHK stock?

Yes, ownership.....
