Bryan and all:

The market does not look too good now for announcing technology IPOs, but if Safeguard is going to make three this year, they will have to announce the next one by June 15 (assuming they want to 1. have only one offering per quarter and 2. want to keep an offering confined to one quarter).

If they reneg so soon on 3 per year, that would be very bad. One the other hand, having two in one quarter (Q4) could get really interesting. The third possibility--that I'm not so excited about--is that they consider the next offering, that of The Intellisource Group, as two rights offerings because of the Intellisource/RMS merger.

Any thoughts?
