$8 - $10? KEWL! Sorry if this sounds like hype, but I'm very happy! Remember folks, we on this thread knew that a news announcement was coming and that it would be big (thanks macker). I had no idea it would be this big and with the government! However, the rest of the investment community hasn't even figured it out yet.
