Louis, Yes, I saw the press release also but didn't think as much into it as you did. Judging from the release, the new CFO seems to have little to no experience in ORFR's industry. As you guessed, it looks like he has been brought in to help with mergers and acquistions. I don't think ORFR would sign this guy solely for the RDL acquisition. Not worth the hefty CFO salary, IMO. Can we expect many more acquisitions in our future? This company has already made a ton for its small market cap. I think you are right though that the RDL acquisition is having trouble being completed. It should have been completed sometime last week, right? Hopefully this CFO can get in office and make things happen soon! Overall, I and the market judge it as a non-event. Grant
