Thomas -- Thank you for your invitation to visit your thread (Short Stories, 50 words or less). But are you sure you are ready for an invasion of the Grammar Police? Seriously, contrary to popular belief, we are not a bunch of English professors here. So far as I know, the only thread regular currently employed as a professor teaches Classics. But we are all fascinated by language, and we do tend to object when it is misused. If that's what you are looking for, then we'll be happy to go over to your thread and rap some knuckles with a ruler! (That was a joke, in case there was any misunderstanding. We also tend to object to smiley faces and to <gggggs>, although some of us have been observed surreptitiously using them on other threads. Naughty, naughty!) jbe
