Dear Jane : That was a beautiful post and prayer. We are encouraged to exhort each other daily, and for a most obvious reason. In these days where else will exhortation come from ? The world. Not. Every life boils down to a direction. Each person is in the process of becoming a God lover or a God hater. Take your choice. The product of what we find on a lot of posts are from persons that are well on their way to eternal separation and hell. I feel that I am personally the last opportunity some of these individuals may have to be turned around. Reminds me of a little joke; our topic is not "funny" in fact very deadly serious but I 've got to tell it anyway. Woman is going down the country lane. Man comes at her in the opposite direction swerving all over the road. Gets right up beside her, slows almost to a stop and yells "pig" at the woman. She hangs her head out the window in return and yells " drunk jerk". She speeds back up to normal speed goes around the next curve and hits a big pig that was in the middle of the road. Well, isn't that the way of the world. Here we are yelling hell, damnation, judgement, and the world is accusing us of rowdy behavior. All we get is , "we don't want to hear about this" bull, rot, lies" but we know it is true because all of us have already narrowly missed hitting the big pig in the middle of the road.
