herzog is a dirty scumbag, hes the trash that killed this company for the last 8 months, also he is the one trying to kill dgiv.

with a much higher stock price, how long do you folks think it will be before nasdaq strategy is announced, HMMMM.

also, to expand on ricos point, this contract has much larger implications, like he said printing money, there is almost always contracts that spawn of off these type contracts. ill say it again

easy 8-10 dollar stock, sooner than most people think.

Folks, government contracts are EXTREMELY difficult to get. The competition is intense, and the rules and regulations governing them are very laborious. This is definitely a niche market, and although these contracts are periodically competed, once you land one you defiitely have the upper hand on that and similar contracts. Unless you know how the government operates you may not realize how big this is.
