SUBSTANCE ABUSE TECHNOLOGIES INC. Emerges from Chapter 11 Reorganization,

May 26, 1998, Substance Abuse Technologies Inc. announced that it officially emerged from a management-led Chapter 11
reorganization and became a private corporation named Employee Information Services Inc.

The company said Employee Information Services now has the financial backing of Steven A. Cohen and S.A.C. Capital
Associates, with approximately $1 billion under management.

Thanks for the welcome, Big Dog. Like to remind folks about ALYA, long term favorite of yours and mine.

You know, one of the things we Net investors tend to forget is that the real world and not the Net determines the long-term success of a stock.

Real world interest has already found its way into ALYA -- that's why the price is so stable.

Much bigger doses of real world interest are on the way, and soon. Today might be the last day to pick up or add some at these prices (1.11 x 1.15 right now).

The stock will move with or without anybody's individual participation. Folks might as well get in for the ride.
