If an analyst who worked for me put out an opinion like that , I'd fire him on the spot. It makes me think there is something fishy going on , like some money changing hands, or some kind of back-door deal to reward touters of the stock. It is such a joke.
Hmmm , RS is in San Francisco , right near KP country, lots of high-tech IPOs and general investment business...... sure wish the SEC had more manpower to delve into all the machinations behind these operators. What a con game !

Yeah, and despite the upgrade, AMZN still closes down for the day. I am looking forward to covering at $65.
