Who knows the mining lore of Western Canada? I remember from somewhere that a mine developed in the 1980's, the Eskay Creek mine, produced 26 million ounces and made someone quite wealthy...Murray Pezim, I believe. I believe Eskay Creek is in the Timmons, BC locale. The Toodoggone is probably considerably farther north and west of Eskay Creek. Do I have my facts straight? Incidentally, I hear that the Toodoggone probably has 50,000,000 ounces of gold, just like the Ojolali. I'm not talking about a rich Eskay Creek like find...just the low grade bulk tonnage stuff. Anyone care to corroborate? This statement ought to bring Rolfe out of hiding.
