IMO the MM are just as confused as everyone else and are unsure of what's happening or gonna happen.

If they appear dis-interested in selling it might be because they are unsure if something good might be in the works and don't want to miss out.

If they appear dis-interested in buying it might be because they know the company history of screwing things up and don't want to be left holding the bag. They also know there will be plenty to buy starting June 8th...
