Well Michael there is more to the CSHK saga. There is also Catalyst Software that is bringing out some new internet chat software.

This isn't just your everyday Y2K/Kitty Litter/Chat software conglomerate.

Ah, you are behindhand, Mike. The Y2K software will be manufactured and distributed under the aegis of Eleventh Hour Software, Inc., a CSHK subsidiary incorporated in March of this year.

Through a new subsidiary, Catalyst, incorporated on 29 April, a letter of intent to engage in a licensing agreement for a second proposed product was signed at the beginning of May. This product is chatware whose description suggest that it will be similar to ICQ and competitive offerings. It was developed by a company described as "Telanis Software, Inc." of which we know nothing apart from the name.
