There are 2 different ways to calculate the Dow indexes.

The Dow indexes that we carry, Industrials, Transports, Utilities and Composite. Are all theoretical values. That means that the high is calculated from the high of each individual component, and the low is calculated from the low of each individual component for the day. It is not the high or low at any given time during the day.

There is another set of indexes called actuals that we don't have access to.

For R2, we have switched suppliers and the Nasdaq Composite should more closely match the values reported by others.

FYI....

QP2's primary vendor is now PCquote or quote.com.

I beleive its PC quotes...

They now have a backup vendor and compare issues between the two and issue corrections the next day in addition to the changes sent out by the exhanges and larger data vendors themselves...

Hello all, I was just wondering if the data from the Q+ download can be fed into the SuperCharts downloader? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Regards,
