Party,

It seems to me that there was very little discussion about the following post by Brady B. considering the importance of it(IMO):

IX CONFIDENTIALITY
9.01 MAINTENANCE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. From the date hereof and
continuing until May 31, 1998 each party will hold in confidence all
information obtained or delivered by a party hereto and their
representatives and designated in writing by the person providing the
same as "Confidential Information", subject to the disclosure or use of such information as may be required in order for the parties to perform their respective due diligence and other
obligations hereunder.

Am I reading something into this that's not there? Does this not answer many of the question concerning the lack of information from the company, especially the big question about why financials haven't been released yet?

Please help me here someone!

Best regards,

Mike

Press release states that NetVest was instrumental re acquisition of Echomedia as well. I think this is misstatement, if Meatchem correctly reported he had a random encounter with Hayton late last year/early 1998, which led to NetVest investment. Perhaps referring to fact financing to "cover" acquisition came from NetVest, although I thought Echomedia was purchased with stock. Who knows, and who cares, I guess at this point.

On to bigger and better things with this stock if indeed a legitimate company has bought out Hayton and removed the wet blanket on the company and this stock.
