According to the posts from persons that have spoken with ICC, there are 35 million shares that are outstanding. Until ICC took on PKGP as a client, the number that was given came directly from PKGP.

Michael, All I'm telling you is what ICC told me. I don't now how they wound up with so many shares, maybe preferred stock converted to common stock. Within the past week, I placed a post on this thread titled, "NEW MUST READ - GREAT ARTICLE." It talks about stock manipulation, where the convertible preferred holders can convert to common stock at any price. So they set up an unusually high short position, drive the stock price down and then convert to common stock. They get a lot of shares for almost nothing. This obviously causes dilution to the other shareholders. It's an interesting article. I suggest for anyone who trades small cap stocks to read it.
The important point here though is that there is PROBABLY a large "undeclared" (illegal) short position, which will be forced to convert before July 1. ICC also likes the fundamentals of PKGP as I said in my previous post. They firmly believe that it is UNDERVALUED, even with the current amount of shares outstanding. Do yourself a favor and call them. Everyone hear always says, "don't take my word for it." ICC: 1-(888) 702-7695.
