Ohmigawd now the Pakis got it, a formula for disaster. David: According to Jane's Defence Weekly Pakistani has already acquired nuclear weapons from China some 30 numbers.So I don't think they need to develop anything really,if they are getting the stuff from China that is. So the test is merely a declaration that they have the stuff and not necessarily to gather any data. Also Jane's goes on to say Pakis don't have the H-Bomb capability as the Chinese haven't given them any and their so called 'long range' missile which they obtained from China via N.Korea called Ghauri which is supposed to have range of 900 miles according to the Pakis can only go some 300km as per their last test firing data. Lastly I guess the Pakis have found The Formula finally,the formula for disaster.Anyway as for India they think a weak Paki is good Paki and no great threat now or in the future.I won't be surprised if India now moves in to settle the Kashmir thing soon. Anyway now the country is virtually bankrupt assuming the sanctions will come swiftly.They got 1 billion in reserves,800 million is due within 30 days and there is another 5-6 billion payment due in 1-3 months. As it is they are spending 25% of the 13 billion budget on weapons.Soon this guys will be on the street begging from the Arabs and their Chinese buddies now that they pissed off Clinton. PS:BTW I believe this is exactly what the Indians hoped that the PAKIs would do for obvious reasons.
