Kerry: Yes it is substantial and yes we were out doing real DD by kicking the tires and looking under the hood on things that really counted.

The reason I did not post it earlier is that Rhonda in a post stated that her contract with Internet FX did not include Internet FX answering jillions of phone calls and I respected that. I still would have not posted it had not jhild pushed the testing issue too far.

Hope it helps. It helped me immensely understand the product.

Kerry&#151a few things:

1. ghgcorp is simply dcliff's isp.

2. ironic that DD via kicking tires and checking under the hood is mentioned&#151it's probably similar to their software testing; here's some more info on the testing firm:

You're gonna love the part about the car dealership. Actually Bill posted all the relevant stuff for the testing firm a long time ago. Guess John's forgotten.

However, it IS useful to have the email. If nothing else, we finally know the proposed name of the product: Winlennium.

THERE you are, John! Congratulations! Your very first substantive post! Not exactly the nuclear attack you'd hoped for--as I say, we've known about Dave for a long time--but it's a start. Try again?

Can you, for example, tell us anything about Telanis?
