The declines move from sectors to sectors in cycles. You can bet the government will want to keep things going in our markets. With a $39 billion dollar budget surplus this year, they will keep things level. Interest rates are not moving much, housing is up just enough to keep that economy moving along, food cost are stable, energy is cheap relative to the 70's, wages are stable for the most part, unemployement is low, and people are making a bundle off the markets.

Where else on this planet can you make a buck if not in the United States? Hey, I heard yesterday that the Russians are paying 200% interest on bonds. Wanna try that for a while? :-) Imagine CCing on their stocks.
