DA
I just had a very interesting conversation with Joe Murphy. This
morning he turned down an absolutely bona fide offer for the company.
About 6 months ago a broker brought an offer to him in the $2-3 dollar range which Joe was not the least bit interested in. This mornings offer was a little more realistic as it came in at the $5-6 dollar range. At this point the other party is not aware of the pending acquisition of LOCUS. This current offer also does not include CyberFax as Joe has said all along this division is worth a lot more as a stand alone. He pretty much confirmed that the recent selling of DCI stock is coming out of Canada and it just amazes him that these people don't see the forest for the trees. All in all he is happy with the offer, even though he turned it down, because it shows that the plan he and Houlihan have put in place is on target. He also mentioned that his target of $100 million of revenues for the coming 12 months is outdated. He is looking at enough companies to move the figure closer to $125 million.

Best Regards

Dan, I like DP's example as well and am going to try and add a few myself (as is a brother of mine). I did not expect to see the selling we have the past few days and also figured we would have been higher by now.
