Hi Raefon...

Interesting post and "hypothesis."

I can't speak for the rest of the "thread," but I have two salient issues to note:

1) Kopin isn't worth even half what TFS is worth. It certainly does have better sponsorship, of course, but I attribute that to the fact that lots of Broker Dealers want to be included in the company's constant financing's...and the best way for an analyst to get an extraordinary payday is to provide positive coverage for a company that needs to raise cash. (And...Kopin almost *always* needs to raise cash!)

2) I too, would be less than happy to take Kopin shares for my ownership interest in TFS. Matter of fact, I wouldn't make that exchange, preferring to cash my interest out to an arbitrageur who will set the deal up for a "spread."

Nevertheless, when a company has something of value...and Kopin *does* have something of great value, a network of brokers that are willing to provide positive research for a company that has produced virtually nothing of note to date...then the managers of that entity have a responsibility to use that precious "asset" or "value" to the benefit of their existing shareholders.

In short, if they haven't considered a TFS bid...all those investment bankers on Kopin's payroll should be looking for new employment.

Have a good day.
