Ah, this is a good time to point out that information, even if it appears in a newspaper, from an "unnamed source" or "pentagon report, but nobody has seen the report" is not fact, but merely rumor and conjecture.

Furthermore, it bears pointing out that "The washington times" is not "The washington post". The Post is respectable, wheras the times is about as reliable as the weekly world news.
