Actually, Mike, we did discuss it a bit. It seemed that most folks thought it explained why we haven't heard much from Zulu itself. It's possible that the confidentiality clause exists in order to protect the interests of those involved in the private placement and the (I know everyone will like this word) sanctity of the audit. Indeed, Zulu has a lot to talk about what with new hires, possible new acquisitions, how it views competition, etc. We also felt that this explained why the news was forthcoming from the ESVS side instead of the Zuly side, which some folks felt was mysterious. More important, I can't find anything on China International Equities, Ltd. Can you, or anyone else? Whoever's got the most sophisticated trading programs, please do your searches. I get blanks from normal search engines. Thanks. I guess we'll, in the meanwhile, just have to wait for the filing on this transaction.

...date hereof and continuing until May 31, 1998 each party will hold in confidence all information obtained or delivered by a party hereto and their representatives and designated in writing by the person providing the same as "Confidential Information"... As I read it, the above means ZULU can't disclose information about ESVS that ESVS has designated "Confidential Information" and ESVS can't disclose information about ZULU that ZULU has designated the same. Basically it means they agree not to disclose anything confidential they discover during their DD of each other. It doesn't mean ZULU and ESVS can't disclose information about themselves, as is evidenced by the slew of PRs from ESVS. That leaves us still trying to explain why the financials and other information haven't been released.
