Thanks; I'll file this in the memory bank under grand delusions...buying on upgrades. I am learning some expensive lessons. It certainly seems all the analyst calls for sector rotation and recent BUY recommendations have gone unheeded. I really expected more pure value buying on the stocks at or very near their 52 week lows like TDW, HMAR, BDI, PKD and especially MIND due to the strength of the seismic sector; I can't believe the Investor Lawsuit (not much serious threat) and missing a quarter could pressure them this low.
