Ok just wondering. If their sole soource of revenues is from annual membership fees I would not invest. I think they need to get advertisers on their web page are they going to do this?

Is the PNLK web site only used for overseas trade? Can 2 companies within the U.S. buy/sell from each other? If so how much of their business will come from international and how much from within the U.S. to U.S.?
What is their total membership currently?
