25.3 million OS
11.4 million Float.

It appears that Mgt/owners hold alot of this stock (over 50%). This shows me that they are confident. As you know they could have sold their shares back when the stock was $9 and chose not to. I think we now know why. The stock should be well worth $9 when the orders start to come in.
