They have done something about it. They wrote a report and turned the matter over to the justice department. These are matters of public record. Don't ask me to do your research for you. Go check it out yourself.

Why 18 months? Because they were going through the proper process. The process takes time. Especially with scores of lawyers involved. Just ask Ken Starr.
